Ferreira Farms consists of 18 luxury homes located off of West main road in the town of Portsmouth RI. The land was an existing, unused agricultural site that KREG ultimately developed into multiple beautiful homesites.

2021 - 2023

Country Club estates consists of 22 stand-alone condominiums in the town of Dudley, Massachusetts. The project will be finished at the end of 2023 and is the product of a successful joint venture between KREG and an affiliated Massachusetts based building company.

2021 - 2022

The Highlands at Hopkins Hill involved the construction of the final 29 units of an existing 123-unit condominium project located in Coventry RI. KREG came into the project as the second developer and was able to bring the project to completion while working alongside the existing condo association management team and residents.

Greenwich Commons consists of 24 age restricted condominium units in West Greenwich RI. Greenwich Commons was an extension of an existing 116-unit condo project KREG started developing in 2016. Greenwich Commons was transformed from forested woodland to the final unit completion in 10 months.

Bailey Brook consists of 36 age restricted condos comprising 13 total buildings. Bailey Brook was an environmentally friendly project utilizing advanced underground stormwater management techniques that eliminated any potential negative environmental impacts to the adjacent Bailey Brook waterway.

White Birch Village consists of 74 single family homes located in Worcester Massachusetts. White Birch village was developed from excess woodland that was part of an existing apartment complex KREG owned and managed.

Lillymere Estates consists of 30 stand-alone condominiums located in Boylston Massachusetts. Lillymere was an extension of a previous project that consisted of 70 single family homes and condominium units. The project was completed as a joint venture between KREG and an affiliated Massachusetts based building company.
